Ouch...
Deliver Mon now. I wonder if package is in good condition or crunch. At least package was free and likely can be replace.... I think it was funny to see Tacking notes. Hope nobody was hurt.

That is amusing Ups by me is excellent. Fedex almost always lose or damage my stuff. Just this week they lost my fuel pump (marked as left at my door). Then made up excuses for where it was. Never had a package lost or damaged witg ups
UPS around here consistently delivers around 5-5:30 PM, is that normal?
A residents or business? UPS like to deliver Residents late if possible. Cut down on stoled packages. UPS thinks most resident has people that work for 9-5...

USPS will lose anything important in my area. UPS delivers 5-7PM every time. And fedex is a crap shoot if i get it at all. Once ordered something from FL and it was a day late. When i looked online it told me "Package on incorrect delivery route." then when i looked at where it was..... ALASKA! Seriously? how do you send something to alaska when it's going from FL to NY? They refunded the shipping to the seller but i never saw any of it.
Never seen a derailment as an excuse before though. That's insane.
I seem to get everything on time. UPS almost always comes at 7pm, so it's fine with me because they are consistent. I can go about my whole day and not have to worry about staying home because I know my package won't arrive until 7pm.

Depending on how the route is set up the driver should normally follow the diad on which package to deliver next, as that "should" be the fastest way. Doesn't always work that way though, also they will normally deliver businesses first as a lot of places have certain times they need their packages.

If you are residential it is. Regular stops are first. If they delivered my packages at that time they would lose all our business. You don't really have a choice if you aren't a business.
My router came Mon and not a scratch from derailment. I'm really not surprise, derailment happen regularly... (DE has alot of freight train yards.) One wheel off and whole train will wait until wheel is fix. Plus it came from Canada... Weather likely had an effect in derailment.
