Just wondering how long before valentines day I should get my girlfriend roses. Thanks!
Edit: Someone on Google said upwards of 2 weeks. Is that realistic?

Depends. How were they. Before they were cut? How were they cut (at an angle under water?) Hiow long agoi were they cut? What type of food are they in? What temp are they in?

2 weeks is a Long time, unless you're getting am arrangement. Roses from the local grocery store only last a few days to a week.

I would try to buy them no less then one or two days before.

Buying them ON valentines day is REALLY dumb, imo. 3X the price, and they are sometimes cut poorly...
