Oh, it will 'stop crap'. It will prevent honest citizens from exercising their constitutional rights. Which is the real goal. It has nothing to do with stopping crime.

Murderers and insane people are not concerned with obeying the law. Murder is illegal, but people are still murdered. I heard a CCP, private citizen is the one that stopped this mad man. (I'm not sure if it's true, because it is not being reported as such) If that is true, how many more people would have died due to a stupid law like this?

Jim

He was part of the group that tackled him. I heard an interview with the guy. At the end the 'reporter' was so bent on proving guns are bad that he actually asked the guy 'so, what do you think about gun laws..'.

Remember, every bill they pass is not meant to work, just a way to carry all of the pork they have lined up.

Oh, it would make it double really really illegal. Yeah, that'll stop 'em.

OMG! Nurb, you're onto something. he read books, AND he attended college! Tell Rep King right away, so he an also protect us from these obvious menaces! Murder is already illegal, but book-reading and college-learning isn't. It's got to be stopped. Hitler went to college, didn't he? AND he wrote a book! The pattern is so clear.

It is already illegal to shoot/kill people. Now he's just trying to make it MORE illegal to do so...but only for important people...and apparently we're not considered "important".
