So, who here is "in" to restoring old gas pumps and appliances? Just finished and moved into our bar a 1930s era General Electric refrigerator; viper red, looks AWESOME! and am getting very close to finishing a 1930s Bennett tall gas pump (shell). Also, working on an A-38 pump, but with all the other projects, may be a while...

So.... what are you working on???

I've had the same 1946 International Harvester frig for over 20 years...this thing is so cool...and best of all it was free.

Runs like a charm and has the big "IH" on the chrome handle.

Always wanted a vintage gas pump.

thats cool, too bad the electricity it takes to run it could pay for a new fridge in a few years
i would imagine that the new models are tons more efficient

Psychosurfer, would you be interested in a vintage electric range that stands on legs? It has a burner that converts to a deep-well fryer, and a wooden handle on the oven. It's probably more than 70 years old, maybe even 80.

The stove is buried in the back corner of storage. These are pictures of the same model, but not the actual stove. Its quality is somewhere in between, but was working when I acquired it some 30 years ago.

They are identified as 1930 model Hotpoint Electric Ranges, so I was close in my guess of 80 years old.

My father has Tokheim pump of unknown vintage (I'd guess late 50's-60) that I want to restore for him. The thing is very heavy and appears to stull have the pump in the base.

I have an old frigidaire refrigerator in my basement that has a badge that says " Frigidaire Only made by General Motors".

It ran until I unplugged it 10 years ago. Its also available.
