So last week I picked up a new client in New Market TN. It is a place called Nic's Foods. They make egg products. One of the items they make are Pickled Eggs. This is one of the companies that they make the pickled eggs for...

They are really sour.. made with vinegar. Unless you get the hot ones... then they are more hot than sour!

If you guys want some real pickled eggs I got an old old old family recipe for them that (opinion) is out of this world.

Takes a few weeks, similar to real pickles, and has hot dogs, and onions in the jar. Really really good if you like it.

I wonder how a jar would ship?
