If she has no rental contract, just kick her out. Pretty sure you dont need any kind of notice. All you have to do is say your mom let her stay there for a while, now wants her out. She dont have any paper trail, so its both your word against hers. Who will they believe, elderly grandmother or current drug addict ? plan b, next time shes got any drugs call the cops.Im sure she has no way to post any bail, then get a restraining order so she cant come back and pester you. plan c. catch her walking home some nite and wack her in the back of the head with a 2x4.

Keep things legal. Assaulting a person from behind is not legal and will get you thrown in jail. Do a search for your local laws on eviction. I'm sure most will say that a written notice has to be given first. No matter how bad you may want it you can't just put anyone (even if they are a criminal with no contratct) out on the street. That will just open up a legal can of worms for you. Keep it legal to avoid any problems.

If there is no lease or if your mother's place isn't a legal rooming house - have the offender arrested for trespassing.

I didnt say it was legal Aven. But if she dont see you, she wont know who it was. Maybe shell even go into a coma. One less drug user in the world is not a problem. In these politically correct times, you will never get anything done that needs doing if you do it 100% legal. Look at the president....only a small part of what he even does is legal.

Kick her the hell out and worry about any legal ramications later. Drug addicts generally do not follow through with anything anyways.

I mean really, can you see somebody going to court and saying "I was kicked out for not paying my rent in a year"?

really - just make sure the insurance is current, and burn it down. with housing prices the way they are - you can make a nice improvement. even blame the druggy if ya like. burnt the place down while hitting the crack pipe.....
