A man is facing court next month after a number of parked cars were damaged in Sydney’s eastern suburbs overnight.
About 3.50am today, a 30-year-old Mona Vale man was driving a Toyota HiLux utility in Victoria Street at Potts Point.
Police will be alleging the utility has hit 10 parked cars all on the western side of the street.
One of those cars ended up on its side on the footpath.
The 30-year-old man was arrested after a positive roadside breath test.
He was taken to Kings Cross Police Station where a subsequent breath analysis returned a reading of 0.13.
His driver's license was also suspended on the spot.
The Mona Vale man will appear in Downing Centre Local Court on 5 November to answer charges of negligent driving and mid range PCA,
Police are appealing for any of the vehicle owners, who are yet to speak with them, to contact Kings Cross Police.
