God, Toddster. It took me two seconds. I criticized Obama's position on the 2nd amendment during his primary run. That's the only position we differ, clearly have opposing views upon (The man has been in office 30 days! You people act like he's been there for years)
https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum6/HTML/053700.html | quote | Banning semi automatic weapons will never happen. A good 1911 will still be good in 2011 and 2111. Obama has this wrong, clearly, but it's not relevant since the most "toothy" legislation on gun control Democrats could pass in the past few decades gave those of us that wanted our flash suppressors AND our bayonet clips on the same assault rifle a bit of indigestion. Given the population of Blue Dog Democrats in congress, even a stronger Democratic sweep of the legislature won't hand this over. It's a stupid position and something that'll never happen. I.E. it doesn't matter to me.
He might as well insist gun manufactures include a bouquet of long stemmed red roses with a packet of plant food...

You, on the other hand... offered no links criticizing Bush. Ball's in your court, son.
(bwhahaha. the Democrats obtained a 1 seat majority in the Senate two years ago and THAT destroyed the economy? I see. I figured they would have taught you a thing or two about how long it takes for policy to affect the economy out there at Georgia. Bwahahahah.)

I criticized the Bail-out package, Bush's Border plan (AND EXECUTION), I also criticized his unwillingness to go on TV and speak to the American People often enough about important issues of the day. He didn't lead from the front, in other words. I have Plenty of issues with President Bush. He had his faults but his policies, for the most part, were right for the country even if his ability to communicate and unify was poor. The proof is in the pudding. For 6 years we had a booming economy, increased demands for oversight and regulation, good jobs, the worldwide spread of freedom, the best security in a generation, and prosperity overall. Once the Democrats took over we had $5.00/gallon gas, an economy in freefall, increased security threats, high unemployment, and resistance to any attempts to regulate the housing industry with words like "racism" being thrown around when Republicans had the nerve to call Frank Raines the thief he later proved to be.
But you, the only true partisan in this conversation, have NO critical observations of Obama...and yes, I DID A SEARCH!
