I did not try to keep mine. I should have.
The reason I did not was because it was towed to my home. I let my insurance god take it before a settlement was reached. Later, I was told by my insurance company that they just wanted the carcass. Had they not gotten rid of it under contract, that I could have kept many things. All I had to do was ask.
I could have E-Bayed that thing out within reason.

So was mine.
I have 4 identacal rims & tires ready to go.
I just don't know how bad the frame, stearing gear, out-of-line rearend, etc., etc., is.
But It runs fine, so I should put the tires & rims on and see how she drives.....................
Or what she may need in repairs, frontend alinement, new tierods, etc., rearend realigned, bent axle, etc.

It might be more then i'm willing to tackle, on a "Buy Out" for $500.00 or whatever.
I just don't know.
