Trying to find why starting Vista has suddenly started taking me longer, I found this new entry in my Task Scheduler:

C:\Windows\system32\pcalua.exe -a F:\Setup.exe -d F:\

This task was set to start at every logon, and its shows as having been created by me, though I most certainly didn't do it. I've found fairly unhelpful info via google, anyone have any familiarity with this app/task?

I've disabled it for the time being.

Vista Program Compatibility Assistant, part of Vista if it's not a false program name.

How were you able to find that? When I went to Microsoft.com and searched all I got was a single Forum post.

googled pcalua.exe , took me to a couple of forums, both had links the MS website.
