I got a message bubble that says I am low on virtual memory. Is that RAM, hard drive memory, or something I have never heard or before?

Your swap file isn't big enough.

More than you will ever want to know

If you don't want to mess with that then go down to the ram store and buy more

Like Jake said--it's swap (hard drive memory). Is your HD getting full?
