Here is the first part of mine. I think it will take a few pages, maybe I can get to the rest later.
I do not give negs lightly, in fact I just about never rated anyone until the time came when my bar finally showed up, and it was frickin glaring red!. Sure, I have been rude or more to the case blunt from time to time but I was none the less surprised.
I do have a few that I toggle back and forth, I have no one that I consider their rating permanent, I do sometimes hand out a positive because I think somebody is in danger. I would hate to think that I was responsible for ever getting anybody banned though I am guilty of having negs on my list for people that have been. Generally I think it has been because of the speed ban feature. It might be nice if you could still change a rating of a banned member and bring them back but I guess it only shows that you should take the rating system very seriously when you choose to use it.
It is almost like internet currency, I see some people here that are incredibly rude yet have so much green that there probably is not enough people to have any effect on their bar. Not knowing enough about Fieros to really help anybody and being lucky enough to have a pretty dam reliable Formula Fiero (love that car!) I have spent little time here other than OT, so I am sure ALL my ratings are from this section or a particular thread that was moved to the trash.
