Well, Ill update everyone...

So the 'new' girl and I went out to hang out and talk pretty much, went well too. She had her eye on me as well for a while but because of the 'old girl' never said anything. So with the recent events had brought everything to the front burner and had led us to hanging out. We just went to the mall and shopped a bit, we had alot in common, more so than any of my previous girls.

So on the ride home I bring up my status with the 'old girl' and she's quiet understandable about the situation. I had brought it on the phone and she insisted it wasnt a big deal and was ok with me dealing with it.

So I dropped her off and went on my merry way happy, thinking wow I CANT WAIT FOR CHANGE! so I thought. I get home I eat and do a bit of studying a few hours later I text her and it goes down hill. She said she started doubting everything, etc and couldnt see us together for a long-term relationship, or I think any relationship besides 'party buddies' which isnt what I want from her.

I was/still amazed at how things changed, I saw her last night and we hardly talked, the surroundings werent right for a serious convo anyways but I asked her if we could talk "tomorrow (which is today) and she was like "eh Idk" I tired to pull her away for a second but she refused.

How crappy, I think I realized, I can push 'old girl' away but I need someone to pull me away for the last 10%....

If I understood correctly, you mentioned old girl to new girl at least 3 different times. This usually isn't a good thing to do. Especially on your first date.

It doesn't really matter. The "new girl" seems to be a player, anyway. If she's cute, do a "hit-n-run". Just make sure to wear protection, because she's not the kind of girl you wanna get pregnant. She's probably not the kind of girl you'd want to have a serious relationship with, either.

Yeahh... we share mutual friends and its kinda well known of my status until lately. I guess I wouldnt say it was the first date, but it was the first time we got some alone time besides at gatherings...
