Jackson was the last president to pay off the national debt, ever in my opinion. (he was the 9th prez for those who dont know)

Didn't you get the memo? Thats not used as a national debt indicator anymore. Now it's a countdown clock to when China and other foreign countries will own more of the U.S. than any of the American banks, investors, etc
