Download the free program called KillBox, it will delete those pests on reboot or has a few diffrent options to get rid of those pests.Allso go into your windows folder and use the search function in regedit for d3dram.dll and see if you find anything.Most likeley you will delete it if you find anything with d3dram.dll. If you dont find anything,then kill box should be fine.I think Killbox will do this for you....Try kill box first.
