hey, the Packers are doing amazing this year and just wondering who else here is a cheesehead... first time they have had a 4-1 start since they won the super bowl in '97.
what happened at the 2nd half of the bears, pack game?? in the beggining they were fantastic but for some reason they lost it (as much as they could anyway) during the 2nd half. They were ahead 17-7 at the half but lost the game 27-20.

A couple turnovers and a few mistakes turned this game around fast. The Pack offense got too conservative and the Bears got momentum and stole this game. I never miss a game with DirecTV!

Favre has now beaten all 31 team in the NFL... another check mark in the record book.
they really look strong this year, and getting stronger as the year goes on! my thoughts are because they are the youngest team in the NFL and they are learning to Farves style rather then coming from another pro QB going to Favre. hehe, I'm exited for the rest of the year!

I love watching the Packers play, and couldn't be happier that Farve decided to keep playing. No matter who they play, I root for 'em... does that make me a Packers fan now?

I love the Packers, which is a tough road to follow here in the Chicago area. But hey, I'm not from this area originally, so there's no reason to "automatically" like the Bears (and Cubs) like everyone else. I've been wearing the Robert Brooks jersey a lot this season, its a classic! Go Pack!

thats a tough rivalry to live through... being a pack fan near Chicago. I thought I got some **** for being a pack fan living by a bunch of vikings but the bears/packers rivalry is on of the most intense in the NFL. lol, I feel bad for you but this season its finally paying off to live thrugh the past couple seasons with favre.

I was born in 1956 so my earliest memory of being a Packers fan was the 1962 season.
This year has been a lot of fun. Lots of young new players, and Favre not making the number of bone-headed mistakes like the one right before the half in KC.
Must stop Adrian Peterson this week. Thanksgiving at Detroit and the next Thursday night at Dallas will say a lot about who they are.

I'm a Bills fan, but the Packers are my favorite NFC team. I like the Packers because they are the only team in the NFL that is owned by the fans. And ya gotta respect Favre.
Check out the wikipedia link about their ownership:
Have been a GB Packer fan since I was born 1949; Bart Starr, Jim Taylor, Max Mcgee(recently died), Paul "Golden Boy"; Brett Favre favorite player in NFL; plays game like it's supposed to be played. Oh yeah.........my name is Ray Packer!!!!!!

sorry, Ive been falling behind on the stats, well now there 12-2 and tied with the cowboys for first place in the NFC. I just got done wathcing the cowboys game and they have 5? major injurys and look like there completely falling apart (the cowboys). if the Pack gets one game ahead of the 'boys they GET HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE THROUGH THE PLAYOFFS!!!! can you say ICE BOWL number 2!! wow, I am so exited for these next couple weeks to see how the reg. season ends up!
A bunch of my buddies are flying down from small town Saskatchewan to check out the Packers game on the 30th. So if you guys see a bunch of drunken, funny talking guys gutting beer like its going out of style - its probably them.

umm, sorry, but I think thats what being a cheesehaed is all about ;-)
be sure to tell them to get a big chunk of cheese (any flavor should do) and smash it onto their head before the game!!
<--- talking from a packer fan that HAD a fridge full of beer before the cowboys game!
Giants in Green Bay next week - will be a heck of a game.
Pray for more snow. I love watching football played in the snow. No matter who is playing. I'm not a Packer fan, but I really like what Brett Favre has done, so go Packers!

Yep, I think it will be a Patriot`s / Packers Super Bowl because Green Bay I`m sure will capitalize on New York`s strained secondary unlike Dallas`s lack of.

If we end up with a Packers/Patriots Super Bowl, I'll definately be pulling for the Packers. I'm not a cheesehead but Farve is someone I really like. Unless it's my team, I normally pull for the underdog and GB has got to be the underdog in this situation.

I've been a cheesehead since I was born. I saw Bart Star's last game... lol, my 6'5" brother got kicked out of that game 3 times and somehow managed to sneak back in every time.
If they win against the Patriots, what a perfect note for Farve to retire on, beating a 'perfect' team in the superbowl after an amazing season for him.
I have to admit McCarthy has been a godsend to this team, when he came in two years ago they just came off a 3-13 season, first year he was there they finished 8-8, and now its this season.
GO PACK!!

Now that we are narrowed down to 4 teams, I would like to see the Packers make and win the Superbowl. I like Brett Favre's story...two years ago after a miserable season he mulls retirement, then changes his mind. Now, he's having one of the best seasons of his career.
