I was trying to get a hold of a friend of mine and apparently they used up their minutes and haven't bought more. I was curious if there was a way to buy minutes somewhere and put them on my friends phone.
Now here is the tricky part. All I know is the cell phone number. I don't remember what type of phone it was/carrier etc...
