everything seems to work.
a 6 minute video is 950,000KB
way too big to put on youtube.
the guy that sent me the card said to go to this website and get their software www.divx.com
but i dont know what to do with it to make the video smaller.

I use http://www.tmpg-inc.com YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras, camcorders, and cell phones in the .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats.

recommend the following settings:

* MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
* 320x240 resolution
* MP3 audio
* 30 frames per second

Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your videos look better on YouTube.

how do i change the AVI file to a MPEG4 file
it's at 320*240
my only option for audio is PCM format and then a bunch of kHz choices but it's set to the lowest already.
it's at 15 frames per second

i tried to drag and drop the AVI file in to the little DivX window like it says to do. but i got the message "DivX Converter cannot encode teh input file because it contains an invalid video stream

this is my first time doing this so i have no idea what i'm doing.
