You will need the 2.8 clamshell stylemounts. You can use your T5 just need the 2.8 bellhousing. You won't need to change your suspension. I put a 5.7L in mine (origionally 2.5L) and it only sagged about 1/2" up front and none in the rear and my suspension was super worn out. You can get a 2" front 3" rear lowering kit for about 240$ from summitracing.com if you want a lower stance that firms up the suspension. A 350 weighs more than a 2.8. I'm not sure on the radiator, but they are cheap at the wreckers so if you have to go there for a bellhousin anyways i'd grab one. You can get the motor mounts for real cheap(like 20$ for both) at your local auto parts store. You will also need the wiring harness from the 2.8 (unless going carb'd). To change from the 2.5 motor mounts to the 2.8 you need to remove the lower control arm to get a wrench on the mounting bolts. Or you can just cut the 4cyl mounts off at the top and weld the 2.8 ones on if you never plan on putting a 4cyl in again. I would suggest getting the 2.8 mounts with poly inserts, they're stronger, and then if you ever decide to put V8 in your good to go already. In all reality it is just as much work as swapping in a V8. so if you look up any V8 s10 conversions you'll find useful info. Just NEVER tell the s10 guys you are swapping it instead of a V8, or you never hear the end of it.
