"Hi there! I have a client Joe C******, j*****@****.com,who cannot just this week started not being able to receive his LBO. I tried forwarding it over to his assistant but it looks as if she isn’t receiving it either. Any ideas?"

See, that's what happens when you try to do 3 things at once... Type a letter, talk to someone on the phone and reorganize your desk.

Then you have 4 different trains of thought that end up in your letter - even though you think you erased the 3 extra ones.
