Doni Hagen's thread "A rare sight on eBay..1985 Bitter SC!" Link inspired me to do a bit of digging around.

Seems that Erich Bitter had a slightly different idea of how to reinvent the Monaro.
The last pics released were of the car (in red) at the 2005 Geneva Auto Show, so it may have been stillborn.
But with the Monaro moving to a new platform, I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up again in yet another form.















I don't care much for the grill, but I like the hood and headlights, and the flares.

The Monaro and I are old friends when I lived in OZ and it kills me to see what is happening to it
