How can you format it so you can save to it multiple times, using DRAG DROP, like a floppy.

I thought I had, but apparently the RW disk I used is now only an R!

I think you need one of the tools like what comes with Roxio or Nero products to drag and drop them like a diskette. XP only has very simple qued burning built in.
