I know my saturn is to put the key in the car and in run position with the car off. Press and hold both the lock and unlock buttton untill the lights flash or locks go up, cant remember which.

Just my guess.

It is usually in the owners manual if you have it

Google helps with that. Don't pay the stealer to do it, obviously.

On my Mazda it involved a series of putting the key into the acc position and opening and closing the drivers door 3 times (or just pushing the button )
Then I had to press the lock button on each remote I wanted to program.

Also check in with car forums for that make and model car, or email an ebay seller and ask, maybe you'll strike luck there.

Try here, we have a lot of GM owners on here.

http://www.chevysuburbanclub.com/

Mazda is not anything like GM.

I don't know anything about the dam things but I know a lot of guys on there have them.

Or here,

http://www.programyourremote.com/

They have the instructions for just about all of them.

MMM, I had to pay the dealer to do my Lumina minivan. They took out the glove box to access the computer. I have no idea what they did, but watched them for 20 mins and it cost me $100.

just for reference, on fords you turn the key from off to run (not starting) 7 times. when the lights start flashing hold the unlock button on the key fab and it programs it. also the push pad entry on the handles, the code is located on a sticker on top of the ecm. its five digits. on explorers its located on the drivers side rear wheel well where you acess the jack.

These car manufactures really have a sense of humor. Makes you wonder why they lead you around the barn "or car in this case" just to program a remote.
