I saw an interview about a web site called Make Magazine tonight. Has some really neat stuff like:

Looks like tons of stuff to do, with step by step instructions/photos. I noticed that they also have a comment section underneath to share info about the topic. It may be a bit slow, since thousands of people saw the same show, but keep trying.
