I seen this on the CBS nightly news the other night. www.prosper.com It is a website for people to loan other people money, or you can apply for a loan that is funded by many small investors and not a bank. kinda neat but will it work.

i havent looked into it myself yet but a few weeks backmy boss was telling me about it and he is doing it
you can choose who you give your money to, and i guess you can pick the intrestrate and time frame that you get your $$ back

I was just going to post a topic on this but found this one using Search — bump so more people can see it! Looks like this could really help a lot of people out on both sides — getting loans and making money giving loans.
