I remember seeing one of these in a best buy or electronics store and can't find it now.

It was basically a tower that you put your dvds in (without the case) and you could retrieve them by telling your computer the name of the dvd you wanted. It was USB controlled and held something like 100 or more dvds.

It's not the round stackable kind, and its not the one in shaper image either.

any help is appreciated, so far I have only found the one below (which is real nice but way to expensive). I know I saw one more reasonable.

"what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul"

I know exactly what you're talking about. I actually owned one for about a week, but it was really buggy the way it worked. It was a usb connected tower that held about 100 disks. It cost about $100. Micro Center used to have them, but I don't see them on their website any more. Seems like I've still seen them there though.

Doh, you broke it LOL. The item is around $350, and doesn't connect to the computer, apparently its a stand alone aimed more at your living room dvds. Perty though

I have one of these at the office. It's not too shabby really, and not too expensive (I think mine was about $50)
