The placement of the colon in the title was the first thing I saw. That guy is going to be pissed when he gets that!

Thats why I always try to buy expensive things near where I live. If I got that, I would just show up at the guys door for my refund with a baseball bat.

I think he could still get in trouble for misrepresenting his item. In the picture he does actually show a PS3 box true the picture of a picture of a playstation appears to be a ps1. But the buyer is definitely getting screwed. 3 ps1's for 650 = ouch.

I bet the buyer never gets the item. Look at the sellers feedback; 18 items between Nov 8th and Nov 25th, all of them 1 cent auctions. This guy is a scam artist, let's watch and see what happens.

Buyer beware..always... the box in the picture clearly says 'Playstation 3'..but the auction states 3 playstations, rather than Playstation 3..,Sly, sneaky..auto-suggestion...and rather taking advantge of greedy people . A bit like the people who think they can 'Find the Lady'...and get conned

Almost as sneaky as the guy last year that sold his Xbox360 box for 800 bucks.

I couldn't remember what the price was, I just knew someone got ripped off and not much they could do about it.

edit: I'm an I D 10 T and used "new" instead of "knew"

And if you read those feedbacks, they were all for 'how to become a powerseller on eBay'...I think he must have had the book upside down when he read it!! !!
I think his 'modus operandus' was 100% unacceptable, but...it doesn't take a lot of intelligence to realise it is a scam, especially if you read the 'no returns, under any circumstance'...but the Buyer must have been very greedy, to think he could get 3 Playstation 3's for that price. His greed probably overcame his commonsense in his haste to pick up a bargain....

Havent looked myself, but that to me would suggest a scam. One guy sells these "tricky" items, another guy poses as the dim witted buyer. Seller covers all his bases and refuses returns, buyer contacts CC or payment agency and demands refund, seller disappears, payment agency is left holding the bill.
