I havn't tried the new Gillette Fusion 6 blade razor (The Comfort of 5. The Precision of 1) but the Mach 3 Turbo is the best shave I've ever had. A pack of 4 cartidges of Mach 3 Turbo lasts me probably about 2 months (w/o the blades settle in rubbinh alcohol) but now I'm looking into buying the Cryo'd Fusion blades. And I will be saving money at the end too, hopefully.
What is the difference between a "Cryo'd" blade and a regular one? Our Cryo'd blades last 3 to 4 times longer and shave better. The reason our Cryo'd blades last so much longer is that we Cryogenically Temper the blades down to -300 F, this makes the metal stronger and more durable.
Note: to extend the life of a blade just let the blade settle in rubbing alcohol, make sure the aloe strip doesn't touch the alcohol. I think the water minerals is what ultimately dulls the blade.

Just shave after a shower. The hot water softens it up. I'm using a 6 month old dual blade razor. It's getting pretty dull now, but it still works and doesn't slice me up.
I thought the same thing, whats so "good" about this new razor? I have a Mach 3 Turbo also, and said what the heck i'll buy the new Fusion to try it out. And DAAAAAAAANG is all I can say, it was a much smoother shave. Keep in mind the first time I used it was without shaving cream(I was running late for work) and it was still incredibly smooth. I like it. But that is just my opinion

Me too. I find it's just quicker and easier that way.
I just started using the new Fusion on May 27th, and it's a huge improvement over the Mach 3! The shave is soooo much smoother!
I don't know how long the blades last, as I'm still working with the first blade. I shave once a day, so that's 13 shaves so far; and half of the aloe strip is still there, and the blades still feel like new. To anyone who hasn't tried the new Fusion yet, pick one up. They're defiantly worth the $$.
