I seen this afternoon that several states are now trying to pass a law that will make it completely legal to shoot home or vehicle thieves or when your threatened without the worry of prosecution. The gun control crowd are saying NO because it will only cause more guns to be used. I say great, with the guns turned on the criminals maybe we can all get some more control of our own stuff for a change. Here it is illegal, but they tend to look the other way if they can justify it at all. A local woman was chased to her house a few weeks ago and went in and came out with a gun. She warned the guys after her to stay off her porch several times or she would shoot. They persisted and she shot one dead in front of a crowd. They initially held her, but then released her with no charges. Im all for it. Im not crazy and the only time ive fired one of my guns in 30 years was to try to shoot a few guys stealing a trailer from my house. I had no charges on me, but they did hold my gun for a few months as evidence.
