Has anyone received a form for the American Community Survey?
I thought that the Census was taken every 10 years.
Is this legit?

They conduct random estimates of the population every year by doing sampling. Every 10 years is when they do the offical count or the attempt to count everybody in America.

They have to do something to keep their government jobs. That is why they do something every year. But if you have one, it's legit.

I thought it was but I had never heard of it.
asked around and no one but me in the area had recieved the form. In big black letters on the front it said.
YOUR RESPONSE IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
I know what the law is on the 10 year census. it says they are requried by law to get the information or in other words "take the census."
The envelope pissed me off and I posted before doing a simple search.
