In case you haven't read the previous posts (haa) you would have read that I do this for a living. this is how I earn my money. I never said I was doing anyone any "favors". I provide a service! I hook people up with professionals that have been fully vetted by me...a peer... before I pass the name on and help people have a smoother moving experience. I get paid for that. and rightfully so. Of course, I understand why a communist like yourself wouldn't se it that way. You are ALREADY telling me who does and does not deserve a piece of MY money.

Or you can simply look in the local Superior Court websites and call the state realtor board(s).

Better yet, you can look for an owner sell, do comps, and come to an agreement while starving the parasites out of their approx 10k for a 170ish house. You think only the seller pays....bahahahaha..... and the seller is gonna eat that, right. The seller has more room if he doesn't have to erase 10k from his net - then split it with you.

Realtors are 1 profession I think we would be better off w/o. And this is not a reaction to the repulsion I have for Todd; I have felt this way for some time.

Let me end this thread if I may. Thank you Todd! This is our third house and I don't recall a check for $100 ever showing up in the mailbox a few weeks later just because some guy recomended a realtor. If I had "I'm Back" make the recommendation, I wouldn't have the $100 now, right? Todd really hooked me up with the perfect realtor too. This woman was a real pro and took great care of me. I'm happy, Darlene is happy and Todd is happy. So why are people brandishing knives in this thread? Let this thread die as a thanks to Todd. I conducted business with him, and found him to be very honest, I needed to get a wheel for my Fiero on a last moment's notice and he delayed his own plans to help me out, and was very fair on the price.

And he's got a pretty cool son to boot!
