It seems like a lot of television shows are out on dvd now and I've been to various stores around here and looking at the dvds and noticed I've never seen a seinfeld season on dvd.

Is it even out? or are there any plans to release the seasons in the future?

They've had some royalty issues to work about. Apparently Jason Alexander (George) Julia Louise Dreyfus (Elaine) were complaining about being on the DVD and not getting thier fair cut. I guess making $1 million an episode, which is close if not equal to what Jerry was making wasn't quite enough. But now I've heard that everybody has reached an agreement so they should be out anytime. I hope the November date will hold true. One of the best shows on TV, it deserves to be on DVD.
