I see those all over the net. What is it supposed to be?

It's official name is "Bunchie" but Bradbitz11 had him hopping around as his sig, and I thought he looked sad all cooped up in that little animated gif box, endlessly hopping... (All Thingies should roam FREE) so I freed him from his animated image status, and now, he's free - Behold...the power and the glory and the weirdness that is the Thingie...b@stard reincarnation of "Bunchie".
