Okay, which are they?
Just curios.

Pontiac Fiero
Corvette (all?)
Lotus (Esprit, others?)
Matra Murena (not sure...)
BMW Z1
BMW M1 (think so...)
Also I think some parts of Firebird the model from 94-

Can you come up with other cars?

The 4th gen Firebirds and Camaros, don't remember offhand if it was the whole body or just parts of it.

The Pontiac TransPort Van, and it's siblings.

Saturns, again I think it's just some of the body

There's more, but it's almost time for bed and my brain isn't working right

All saturns have those dent resistant doors made of materials like the Fiero.

Edited b/c GT86 beat me to it.

Also I don't think the 1st generation corvettes were plastic.

I think some parts of the Vipers, fenders spoilers and doors are reaction injection molded plastics.

I almost forgot the Trabant... all made of duroplastic.

EDIT: Added one

"The 4th gen Firebirds and Camaros, don't remember offhand if it was the whole body or just parts of it."

4th gen have "plastic" doors and fenders, as well as bumper covers.

"Saturns, again I think it's just some of the body"

I *think* all of the Saturn is ABS or another plastic.

The 1986 to 1993 Renault Alpine GTA V6 also had the same EnduraFlex body as the Fiero.

Wrongo!

The last fiberglass Vette was the 1982 model. There was no 1983 Corvette and from '84 on they are a mix of RIM, SMC, urethane and that other plastic I can't remember the name of- just like the Fiero. No fiberglass has been used by GM since 1982.

Muddy2 - Actually, plastic is used on the Fiero - NOT fibreglass. Don't be fooled...just because it has fibres in the panel doesn't mean it's fibreGLASS....

The 1st generation Honda CRXs had a front clip that was plastic (nose, and front quarters). It wasn't a fibre-type of plastic, either...

Lotus made lots of cars with fiberglass bodies: Elan, Seven, et. al. The old Elite (early 1960's) even had a fiberglass chassis.

Then there was Marcos, with a fiberglass body on a plywood chassis.

Oh, those Brits . . . .

If it has fibres, then it isn't plastic, it is composite.

Corvettes are the same stuff as Fiero - SMC. You have to go back quite a few years to find fiberglass vettes. I know, I fix tons of them. Their not cars, but Pontiac TransSport, Olds Sillouwette, and Lumina APV are entirely SMC too. Camaro and Firebird are too except for some hoods, and the quarter panels. Lots of others use glass or SMC on some parts. Fenders-Cadillac DeVilles, Linc Town car, Dodge Intrepid, Hoods- Town Car, some Mustangs. Im sure im leaving some out too.
