my buddy has a go kart with a 10hp engine, and i was wondering if theres any way a sneaky pete system could put out a small enough shot to work on this- any ideas? perhaps one of those NOS cartridges for making whipped creme!

Yeah you might be able to get a small squirt but where you going to get the extra fuel to mix with it? If its a carb you have to re jet it and it will be a big pain. You mix that nox with no extra fuel that engine goes bam.

hmm. i got an idea...
screw the nitrous.
go to a hobby shop and get some nitromethane for r/c cars and mix it into the fuel. should be able to mix in about 10% before you would notice any adverse effects. not the kind of hp nitrous has, but not nearly the hassle either...

i posted about my 5hp go-kart earlier. i have "nitrous" well its not the same kind used on cars though. If you go to a pep boys or something go to where the feul additives are. the is a fuel additive made by NOS. it there is one in a blue can that increases it by 3point and one in a black can that increases it by 7points. dont get the black can or you may blow up the engine. just pour a little of this into the gas tank before you go riding it. What i did was ride it first to get the "feel" of it then added some of this. i felt a difference right away. i went easily 5-10mph faster. i also had the cylinder head professionally shaved 20 thousands of an inch for higher compression. if you dont have this yet doit. also a strait exhaust pipe. i cut a peice of led piping for this but you can buy them at www.kartworld.com also different air filters for better air flow. real Nitrous oxide would probably stack the rings real quick. somebody said that Compcams makes cams for these. i need to know there correct web site though

here is a little known fact...a company called Klotz makes a product call COXOC...it is very expensive about 80.oo a gallon.

it is basically a liquid oxygen product..it works wonders...sort of like "compression in a can". it is very hard to detect in most racing sanctions when they test your fuel.

but don't use it in a high compession engine or boom! it is designed for ...well...cheating in a stock racing class.

Why don't you just slap on a supercharger. I remeber seeing a website that showed a SC B&S.
