I was wondering whixch everyone thought was best. I think its cool that Toyota brought back the MR2 and made it a very capable performer. However, I still love the Miata's design! I did see an MR2 in yellow however, and it looks really good in person. Much better than in pictures IMO. Of course, I still love my Fiero the most

MR2 all the way!! Too bad they severly dropped the HP this year if I remember correctly.. Down to approx 140? They should have kept it at 200. On the same topic, I had a choice to work on a 911 or a MR2 a few days ago. The MR2 won me over in seconds!! (Think it was a 93)

I'd go for the Miata. You'll find that Miata owners are just as enthusiastic about their cars as Fiero owners are, and there is a ton of aftermarket parts for them. If you are looking at gettting a miata, I'd reccomend the 93+ models, as you get the larger 1.8 litre engine and a 15 HP gain over the earlier models.

MR2 all the way! Miata has such a worn out tired look. I see/saw them everyday by the dozens. The new MR2 I only see a few a week. Only Miatas I would ever consider are the latest body style. Is it me, or did every single old body style Miata just disapear one day? I haven't seen an old body style Miata in weeks, maybe months.

The Lotus Elan style of the Miata will never go out of style. The new MR2 is just too ugly to look at, IMO. The rear end reminds me of the robots in the old "Battlestar Galactica" TV show.

Wait a sec JohnnyK... you already voted once!

Don't get too dissappointed about those ponies yet. Its the same engine that is in the Celica GT, which means the 180 HP Yamaha motor in the GTS should also fit. I cannot imagine that they wouldn't go for more HP in the car. Toyota is probably waiting a couple years since they will have enough interest for now with their limited production numbers.
