Who wants to look at Gokart? Most will be checking you out. Oh my! Check out that tie Gokart's wearing...LOL. That's why I majored in geology. Earth Scientists don't have to wear ties because of all the field work. I don't even own a suit. Ok, I do have 2 or 3 ties for those rare presentations I have to make or for weddings and funerals.

Why thank you batboy - lol!

As things would have it we were attending my sister's wedding.

Gokart is a definite jeans and tee shirt kind of guy (ok minus the uniform for work -but no tie with that).

You majored in Geology - cool. I guess that makes the "batboy" pretty self explanitory.

Oh gosh thanks Terry, for both the compliment and the offer - I will keep it in mind.

I worked on it all day today and what is in the "garage" now is as far as I got - ugh!

Gokart has to show me which links he wants on there. I put the Forum first cause it is the best site and the only one I know by heart-lol.

My caver friends nicknamed me Batboy long before I got online. My master's thesis was about cavern development in Kansas and I like bats...the little furry critters. They are very misunderstood and gentle creatures. Nearly all of the bats in the U.S. are insect eaters, chomping down on mainly skeeters, moths and other nocturnal bugs. Anything that kills skeeters is a friend of mine. If you want to link the Batmobile website, the URL is in my profile.

do you mind if I put a link to your site on my site(s) (my personal site and my Fiero site)?...........

also, you two check on my Fiero site later tonight, I will have photos from the National Fiero Fest -- I just got home (and brought 84 photos with me! -- what a great show) -- it will be in Williamsburg, VA next year and you two will just have to be there!!

I don't mind other Fiero related sites linking to my lame ol' website. I need to give my pages another overhaul before too long, it's starting to get stale and need updated, but the server's been having problems with uploads for a couple weeks now.

Ok guys one at a time~

Batboy, cool I am always wondering where and how folks come up with their usernames. Wish we had more bats here - we'd have less skeeters (hate those things)! And thanks, I'll grab the URL when I start putting everyones links in.

Terry, Of course you are more than welcome to link- I was gonna ask you the same thing - I will be putting the "signatures" on either side of the Title -if you don't mind and then put a credit to you with a link to your professional site - ok with you??? LMK! I will check out the pics later- Gokart said you posted them in G.C. - cool. Now as for Williamsburg- when is it? We may just being seeing you there...Maybe. Thanks again Terry.

Oh Steve - was there ever any question about your links? I will put both on. I am so glad you don't mind. I was going to link Marcs page with credit to you, too. Thanks for the heads up on the backgrounds -hmmmmm.... just might find something there - Thanks again.

Robert - A SAHM is a Stay At Home Mom-although between the kids and the Gokart I am more a SICM (made that one up myself)! As to you being a DINK ... how many Fiero kids do you have???? Cause lets face it these cars are just as expensive if not more so than children ... Just ask Boomtastic how expensive these "kids" can be-lol!

Now as for you Gokart , lol!

LarryB, yes some days it does feel like I'm stuck at home but with 3 teen boys and the fiero there is always a reason to be going somewhere in my trusted Minivan. Work, school, friends and runs to assorted autoparts stores lol.

Ok is there anyone else who would interested in being on Gokarts Garage??? Just let me know! I'd be happy to add your links.

Thanks again everyone- you guys and girls are the best!

Gokart's Girl--May I suggest that you add a couple of links to your site (with the respective owners permission, of course)??

1) Fierodave (www.fierodave.com)--He's been a long standing member of the forum and a great guy. He deals in used (and some new) Fiero parts and complete cars, too. Smart guy when it comes to Fieros (he dismantles them all the time--check out his recently restored '84 Indy).

2) The Fiero Warehouse (http://www.geocities.com/fierowarehouse)--007Doug here on the forum. He's another nice guy and great to work with. His site is exactly what the name implies. Tons of Fiero stuff. I've dealt with him a few times. I can vouch for him.

BB--I didn't know that bats ate bugs. Since bugs are pretty much the only thing I'm terrified of, I've developed new feelings for bats. Anything that gets rid of bugs is a friend of mine.

Perfect Monkey Man! If the guys don't mind I would love to add their sites to Gokarts Garage! The more the merrier~ that's what I say! (site links of course)

Is there anyone else??? Keep those links coming and I will add them (with owners permission).

Thanks again Monkey Man, I will email both Dave and Doug about adding their sites.

well.......you could add the Fiero Shop -- George is a member here too (fieroshop) and I know he would like a link www.fieroshop.net/ .....

I also second the feelings about fierodave and 007Doug - I have been dealing with them both and they are #1 in my book (my Fiero book, of course!)

I am still working on a couple of my sites and will link both your site AND the Garage....

Thanks Beth -- by the way, Williamsburg will be around the end of July next year......

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Ed Parks and the FieroFactory! Rodney Dickman, anyone?

Just my meandering opinion, of course.

If anyone needs parts, I'm getting rid of an '85 SE-V6 that has all GT bodywork on it. Runs really good, needs second gear! Oops!

I just emailed fierodave & 007doug-as soon as I hear back from them I will add them, I will email fieroshop as soon as I am done here and once I hear from him I will add it.
Thanks for linking to both sites Terry I appreciate it As for Williamsburg - July it tough for getting away as Gokart can't get time off and we usually have his little girl. But keep me updated on when and we'll see what we can do. Thanks.

FieroGT - we already put Rodneys site on, Ed Parks site is going on also - he is the best! I order the decarbonizing kit for Gokart from him and have purchased other stuff too. Ed is great and so is the Fiero Factory. I will email him today. Thanks !

Anyone else???
