I have been off line for the last couple of weeks due to the lose of not only a sister and niece but a very good friends. I dont know how many of you are aware of the accident the occured on June 26th on I-71 in Ohio. It involved a semi truck and four cars. Well needless to say the accident claimed the life of Heidi Smith (24 years) and Hailey Marie Smith (11 months). My three year old nephew Austin was the only one to survive the accident. The driver claimed he feel asleep at the wheel. Now i know accidents happen BUT this guy was driving team, there was no reason he just couldnt have pulled over to switch drivers.

There has been a Memorial Fund set-up for Austins future educational needs and to help alieviate some of the funeral cost. I dont expect anyone to make a donation but if you do i personally thank you from the bottom of my heart. Here is the information:

The Heidi Smith Memorial Fund
c/o PSE Credit Union
phone 1-440-843-8300
**Please call for details or questions concerning contributions.

Thank you all for allowing me to share this with you. I just want people to know that they were loving & caring people and not just some faceless statistic.

My deepest condolences. I wish you the ability to retain the sweetest of memories of your loved ones, the peace to know that they are forever safe now, and the capacity to forgive whatever force deemed it necessary to take them from you.
