Righty-tighty, lefty-loosy while looking down at it. My antenna mast just spins though. How can I get this off? Do I have to take the whole fender off and lift it up or else cut the mast off?

Yeah I saw that, thanks. So it mounts on a stud... Why is the stud spinning? Is there a way to access it without taking the fender off the top, or do I have any options other than cutting the antenna mast?
