These are the 4 GM spline sizes that I can tell...does anyone know which one fits the 86GT?

Small Spline 3/4"-36 .750 36
Large Spline 1"-48 1.00 48
Small "DD" 3/4"-DD .750x.550 DD
Large "DD" 1"-DD 1.00x.750 DD

No idea on the size but I can tell you that all Fieros use the same size and it's the same size as most classic GM cars like Chevelles, Camaros, Novas. It's pretty common. It's definitely NOT metric, even though a lot of the Fiero is. For what it's worth...

Should be standard to all Saginaw steering columns. I just did some quick measurements from a spare steering wheel I have, and it appears to be a 3/4" shaft with 36 splines (of course, it is easy to miscount them).
