This is my fun little design project... I got the soundracer v12 (modified with aux out), 2 6x9 car speakers, an alpine V12 amp, a toggle switch in the cab, and a subwoofer. It sounds bad ass. The external speakers are housed in the holes behind the front tires. The exhaust pipes are just tips. And the entire car is rubberized with plastidip.
This car is LOUD and turns heads everywhere it goes.

Youtube link is private, so we can't see it. Can you fix that? In case you want to keep it semi private you can "unlist". (then only people with the link can view it)

Welcome to the forum.. I'm sure there a few who will give you a hard time for the choices you made with your car. What does GANDINI stand for? Enjoy your car and what you have done to it... . . .
Where's Madcurl when you need him I'm sure he has something positive to say

I'm just a designer... an artist... this is a fun project. I envision a day in which most cars will be electric and will sound really cool. I'm long past the days of setting land speed records... got way too many tickets... this car has a 4 cylinder engine that gets good gas mileage and I drive it to the gym sometimes or maybe to run a few errands... I'm not into restoring cars and I'm not into souping up the engine... It's not gonna do me any good to spend more on fuel and it's not gonna do me any good to start getting tickets again because I'm showing everybody how fast I can drive... those days are gone... just a fun little design project... and the soundracer addition is innovative... i don't think anybody else has hooked it up to external speakers anywhere... i'm kind of proud to be the first... did you see the movie "the dilemma?" it was my inspiration for figuring out how to do this.

If it's actually your car and your videos, why do you keep making them private? If you don't want people giving you a bunch of worthless comments on YouTube, just disable the comments and be done with it.

They're live again.
my belt is squeaking in the videos... I tried to have it fixed, but the repair shop couldn't find the part... told me i need to go find one at the junk yard or something...
so with regards to the videos, I figured I'll try to make some higher quality videos soon. it's embarassing to be a whoot whoo car in the vids

I can't believe they are installing those in Kalifornia of all places. That will be illegal in no time at all.
I saw the "stormtrooper" title in the photoshop thread and wanted to learn about the car that was using the stormtrooper name I coined for my indy about a year back... scope out the competition lol! FYI... Your video is private again...

What do you think about Plasti Dip? - I'm still torn between wrapping a car and "Plasti dip"ing it.
There was a Mustang guy who plasti dipped his whole car. The idea being to peel it off later when he was tired of the color change. Well the darn stuff would not come off and when it did it had ruined the paint beneath. So do it at your own risk. Others have done it and had no issue...

We were discussing doing this in a thread a year ago Here. I'd like to be able to see (and hear) your videos.

That's what I wanted to do as a joke with the '84 Fiero that I autocross. I thought it would be funny as hell to hear these awesome high-performance V8 sounds (lumpy idle, etc) coming from a 90 HP duke. However, I found out that these devices don't always work as advertised.
I tried a SoundRacer V8 in my Fiero and it wouldn't "read" the alternator correctly. It produced the wrong RPM engine sounds for the revs that my engine was actually doing (ie, it was making sounds like the engine was doing 6000 RPM when I was just sitting there idling), so I returned it to the store.
