There are a few Fieros on the site and I was just wondering if any of them belong to members here. For those of you who don't know, Fuelly is a site that tracks your fuel economy and provides customizeable stats so that nerds like me can get their jollies. My user name is the same there as it is here.

I ran a search for fuelly, including the archive, and didn't get anything. Probably because I was searching in general and not off topic. I'm still a noob to this site as you can tell by my post count (6). Either way, hopefully this will get some more Fieros on the site. Also, I saw the red 3800 turbo and I loved it. I was bummed to see that it was retired though.

I didn't mean anything bad by it (Welcome to the forum btw). It's nice that it's brought up again though. I hope it'll get a few more people to register. I certainly find that fuelly provides a much more 'real life' account of gas mileage than the numbers on the dealer sticker. The greater the sample size for a particular car, the more accurate the real mileage for that particular car.
I love fuelly as it really helps keep track of not only my mileage, but also how much fuel I'm buying. Right now I've been driving my RX8 almost exclusively to cut down on the miles on my Jetta Sportwagen. Unfortunately it's costing me more than double the amount of money to drive that car (RX8=20.0 Cents/mile JSW=9.4 cents/mile).
No worries, no offense was taken. I do love the cents/mile feature. It makes it easy to guestimate how much money a trip will cost. My fiero is 12.8 cents/mile and my Tacoma is 18.7. Its too bad I cant fit me, my wife, and my son in a car seat in the fiero...
Speaking of VW Diesels... Have you seen this article about a couple driving their 2012 Passat a distance of 1626 miles on a 19.3 gallon tank?

You can still track how much money is being spent and a ton of other nerdy stats
Also, how much is gasoline in Oregon currently? Its $2.63 for 85 octane and $2.73 for 87 octane where I live in Utah.
It's $3.63 for 87 (they don't offer 85 around here), and I have two refineries within a 5-mile radius of my house! Our community sacrifices a lot for these plants and get nothing in return. They don't even pay property taxes.
Sorry about the rant. I don't mean to derail the thread. Unfortunately I don't have a Fiero yet, and don't get to reap the rewards of its tiny gas tank and decent fuel economy. I have a Ranger with a 20 gallon tank that gets about 12mpg by my rough calculations. It costs quite a bit to fill up.
Mine still clocks 18. I don't drive it much at the moment. Just got a Crown Vic that is pulling down 22-23 on a tank - not bad for a barge.
Maybe I ought to sign up on there?
My mileage has been pretty consistent since I've had the car, if you look at my log you can see that's the case. Although with the warmer weather, the cat removal, and my MazdaManiac tune getting more dialed in, I feel like I can stay above 20mpg for the next few fillups. It looks like my current tank will be a new best I think as I'm about 25-miles further along than what I normally am.
What kind of Crown Vic do you have? That's funny, I am patiently waiting for a newer ex-police interceptor to come up at the State of MI's auction site to be my new DD (The wife is getting the TDI).
