Just wanted to say whats up to the forum, 5 years after selling my first Fiero (87 GT) I'm back in the game! Just picked up a 5 speed 88 Formula with 120,000 miles for $1500. Runs great and is registered, only problem was the car was a little riced and theres a hole cut in the firewall between the motor bay and trunk so the previous owner could "hear the subs better". Other than that its pretty good. Looking forward to getting back into it.
You get out of Fiero's , but Fiero's never get out of you. Their a strange breed of car, and now the obligatory this thread is worthless without pics BTW i would fix the hole in the firewall asap.
I took out the speaker today, the previous owner had even put a screw to mount it THROUGH the speaker itself, blowing it. I also looked at the headlights, the motors were unplugged and the headlights themselves propped up with pvc pipe. I plugged them back in and both turn, just need a quick rebuild. Seems like I got my work cut out for me just undoing the damage from the previous owner. None of the extra gauges work and unfortunately he drilled holes to put them in. I'll get better pictures of the car when it's day, it's not horrible.

O haha, You can't beat the Kbay marines. I sold my old fiero to one of them, it was almost completely original except for an 88 alternator. I saw it on craigslist a year later with the hood painted white, headlight covers painted black, motor blown, 4 inch exhaust, T-bar shifter, grant steering wheel, and checkers pedals. Needless to say I was very depressed when I saw it.
