Does anybody know the guy (or are you him??) selling the archie rockerpanel kit on the Altoona-Johnstown PA craigslist?
He also has an archie V8 swap kit.
I think you would need the rest of the widebody kit and it doesnt look like archies sells it in peices, but I never asked to find out though.
I would love to have a widebody, but the cost for the whole kit is out of my reach now ;(

I had to look up what you're talking about. Those are indeed made by Archie, but they're not part of the "widebody" kit he sells. Those are known as the "Archie Rockers". He was making those LONG before he made the current widebody he produces. They don't really make the car "wider" like a wide body. They just "push" the lower areas of the side of the car outwards, and thus allow room for the scoops that are built into them.

Here are a few cars with them.

That was me that posted the parts for sale on Altoona Craigslist.
I got the parts with an 86GT that I had bought for parts, but I have no use for them.
I also have for sale a set of 88 gt lace wheels, 87 lace wheels, and a set of 85 14 inch aluminum wheels.
Come on up and look at this stuff, I don't want to ship it.

Hi
Chest Springs is about 35 miles North of Johnstown.
13 miles Northwest of Altoona on route 36 between Patton and Ashville.

Cool, thats not far at all!
I'll have to check with the wife, a little too close to Christmas, but who knows!
I'll keep you posted.
P.S. did you happen to see that purple widebody listed under the cars/trucks? It looks real nice!

Interesting, looks to be the same guy I bought my 2 project cars off of a few years back.
Seems like a good deal.
