There must be a time delay with my tv... )I cannot believe this was already posted when i signed in....) You know secretly, either the hosts or one of the show writers must secretly admire fieros. They always manage to destroy them, but still make it look cool.

I really, really hate the American TopGear.... They are just a bunch of idiots who have no place being on.... British one is SOOOOOOOOOOO much better... R.I.P. little Fiero... You deserved so much better...

I'm still on the fence on US TopGear. If they did some original challenges instead of rehashes of old UK challenges it would get better. I am a fan of The Car Show on Speed. That has a little more umf than TopGear US. Plus they have more than one actual car guy on the show. TopGear US has Tanner Faust as the car guy. Then there is a fat hipster, and some not funny comedian. I will watch all of these shows regardless.

Yeah I've enjoyed the car show a lot more so far, much cooler atmosphere
So much hate for the show... wow. I look at it this way: If there was ONLY Top Gear USA, I'd watch it. If I had to pick only USA or UK, I'd pick UK... but since I have the option to watch both, I do.
I watched the last episode with the duallies competition. Tanner is the only one with half a sense with cars, and camera presence. The other two are just along for the ride. One of the reasons BBC Top Gear is so popular is the different but knowledgeable perspective towards cars and the interaction between the 3. ATG could be just 3 guys pulled from Woodward that have some broadcasting skills. I was hoping it was better this season. I don't plan on watching.
What you're hearing them say is "naught" which is just a fancy way of saying zero, or nothing. So "naught to sixty" is just British for "0-60."
"Zed" instead of "zee" is the way English is spoken just about everywhere other than the USA... so that's our problem, haha.
oh lol i thats funny its naught well i learn something every day! :-) ya damn our horrible american english i bet they laugh at us all the time....aluminum.....lol :-P

Sunday nights at 10pm, 9 Central. If you live on the west coast, and have digital cable or satellite, you can usually watch it at 7 PM.
Thanks! Edit to add that I just watched the 4 x4 across the Mojave Desert episode on the History Channel web-site. That was great, especially when the tear-drop got "drifted!"

My tired 88 duke would kick that things arse. I think there is something seriously wrong with it. Especially with all of the backfiring. Actually did the 2.8 still have a distributor in 88? If so a common sign of backfireing is poor timing. There is no timing on 88 Duke all DIS ignition system. So if the 2.8 had a distributor in 88 I would say it is a very poorly running 2.8.

Idk what its got in it but I agree it has major problems
Fiero X's Fiero would have spanked the Rolls and the Jag and I dare say the Porsche too, now that he has new added equipment which should get him into the 9s.

The kit looked fantastic, if they would have done a little more mod to the interior it would have sold the illusion better. They never said what engine it had I'm guessing a V6 in need of some TLC and possible a new clutch slave.
They said they paid 5 big ones so it must have been in good running condition when they purchased it and perhaps driving it roughly brought out some issues that needed attention, by the time it hit the show it was obvious that it needed some work.
