So I have a grey/grey interior. I want to change it to a brown interior. The dash/door panels/seats are all gtg. What about the interior side molding? Paint? Vynl wrap or something?
Also, anyone got any pics of brown seats in a black interior?

I assume you are talking about all of the plastic pieces of the interior that wrap around the door opening and house the rear speakers/seatbelts. I sprayed mine with the same vinyl paint that I did the dash with. I converted my interior from the gray/dark gray to all black including black carpet with white/red accents to match the exterior of the car. <---------See Avatar

Well any vinyl dye should work but use wax and grease remover or paint cleaning soap pull out everything except the dash and do it out of the car. If you plan to paint the dash in car tape up everything. Over spray on interior windows is a nightmare to clean thinners will wipe it off.

I went from brown to grey/black. I did this TEN years ago using the very cheapest vinyl paint I could find (Pep Boys if I recall correctly) and swapped out the belts and added seat covers. Later I added Mr. Mikes seat covers. Like I said, this was ten years ago and still looks VERY nice. The important thing is using a good wax/grease remover before you paint anything. Depending on how long it has been since you used any armorall-like products, you may want to use the wax/grease remover several times.
Like any painting, the more time and care spent on prep, the better looking and lasting the outcome will be.

One thing i will add to this discussion is to anyone thinking that it wont last. It will last as the factory used the same paint to begin with. A lot of people are afraid to dye vinyls and leathers if you can agree that there are no pure black, white, yellow or pink cows but black, white, yellow and pink leather sofas and shoes are available so don't be afraid to recolor. I wear a pair of boots that i have dyed 2 years ago and there is no way you can tell i bought them brown i wear them daily.

PREP is the most important thing. Its hard to clean into the texture of the parts. Why not just buy a few yards of the same headliner material (like $5 @ yard), some DAP Contact Cement, and just wrap the parts with it. I did some of mine with black vinyl (leatherlike). The factory cloth is easy to work with and stretches into almost any shape with ease.
I just purchased a quart of 88 Medium Beechwood at a PPG paint store yesterday. $60.00 ready mixed and ready to shoot. I am doing the dash. I had purchased all the other parts, A, B & C mouldings, in the Mall from members here.
GM 1988 and 1989 Medium Beechwood OEM paint code 66BN from PPG's chip book
Real nice tan and Beechwood dashes are expensive and rare. There are more nice gray dashes out there. Just do a color change on it. The dash is not real hard to remove.

we recently did Rallasters car. (thread in sig) I was not happy with the fierostore's paint but the Rust-Oleum Fabric & Vinyl did a fantastic job. Looked great too. The dash, doors, and center and door surround plastics were done with Rust-Oleum flat black and the tan was the fierostore's tan. The trick to either is to do light coats (almost a dusting) and many coats till you cover the surface. If you go too fast it fisheyes easily.
On Rallasters car we did the black extra carpet from the fiero store on the lower door panels. Here's a trick that worked well. Use brake fluid to get the old carpet off the panel and let dry. Once dry trace with a new razor blade the new carpet with the old carpet as your stencil. Take your time and you'll be fine.
The two tone was done after masking, sprayed tan first then black.
