Bump, hope to see any takers at La Ha tomorrow. I bought my tickets at Fandango. That 'courtesy fee' they charge is the most inappropriately named expenditure of money ever.

Well Ben... I had simply had enough of Mark... couldn't stand it anymore.
Actually... on my way out of La Ha... I spied the manager... you know... the one we asked for twice?... I gave him the briefest lecture I could on customer service, blasted the fact that we were the 2nd table in there and it took 1.5 hours to get food... and we had to take meals home in bags. Blasted the fact that 3 of 5 steaks were improperly cooked. That some plates had crap dripping off them and looked like they had spent lengthy time congealing under lamps. Blasted the fact that some meals did not come out as requested, and that I had extra items that I did not ask for on my ticket... and the real kicker... due to horrible treatment... that La Ha did not give enough time to rectify the situation(s).
After much apologizing, and claims that he had no idea... he refunded 2 of the steaks... and that made my car late(r) to the theater. If La Ha had gotten us out of there in 1 hour... instead of 2... we all could have been together and had a great time.
As it was... Jen & I get to the IMAX... with the manager/usher there explaining there were no 2 seats together. There is no way she would watch a movie like that without me clubbing her cave man style... so I had to abandon y'all... and left poor Tim sitting single near the front.
That manager refunded our tickets in full (which I did not ask for!), and walked us down to the next showing, apologizing that it was not in IMAX or 3d... she hoped that did not ruin our expectations. What a contrast in customer service!
Sorry I missed y'all. Tim said that due to the size of the IMAX... that he thought it was the best thing he had ever seen in 3d. I wish we could have made it.

That sounds very much like my experience with La Ha. They will not see me darken their doors again. The one I had the problem with is the one in Frisco. That was the worst resturant I had been in in many years.

Yeah I find it hard to put up with him sometimes too. The movie was a good way to keep him quiet though. I heard you talking to the manager when we were leaving, sounded like you had it all covered though. Glad I just ordered the appetizer and not a meal.

Hye Mark one of them for me? I hope so. I just flushed and fixed my A/C Nice and cool. Last night I saw a temp of 38⁰F spewing out. I actually had to roll the window down half way to make it bearable. Thanks for the Flush!

With the exception of Don, cause he ain`t sayin. Does anyone else have a idea of when the Ruckus 2011 is going to be? If it`s in October, it`s rapidly approaching and I would like to be able to put in for the Friday before, for vacation. Heck, I might even take the Monday after off. Plus, my band is already booking the end of September and I don`t want to miss this Ruckus. Mike

My apologies for that Mike... I will be making a thread soon. I am about 95% certain it will be October 1st & 2nd. I am trying to line up activities for things to do on Friday if some would like to come up on the 30th (Sept)
