I got this car 2 years ago from Ebay that had a short description. Problem was it had a bad head gasket, but drove. I lived close so I bid $525 on a chance I could get it, and I did. The car has 78k miles, no options but the aluminum wheels. It's 95% rust free only the one trunk corner is bubbled, underneath looks great.

My dad and I fixed the headgasket, head wasn't cracked, and a general tune up. I drove the car a little more spirited once I got the engine back to sound and broke in, and the clutch slips. I drove it around the farm for awhile and finally the clutch seized after the rear caliper got stuck. it's sat since last year on the driveway. Is it worth fixing and probably spending $200 on parts, or selling now because it has a rarer trans MY8 with lower miles.

What he said!

$200 for a clutch is nothing if it gives you a decent running Fiero!

Some people have 3k into the same car. Its about what you can afford, the car is always worth saving IMO.

I was talking to my dad about it, and I think I may tow it into the garage to work on it. I have so many projects going that I don't have a lot of time to dedicate after work, college, and fiance/friends, on it. I have all the parts needed to fix the brakes, just need the time.

I don't have a picture but it's red, no options. It has the hand operated vents under the wheel even. The only things it has are the seats with speakers and the aluminum wheels. Don't know what's original on it.

Fix. You'll have the equivalent of 1.5 payments on a new car in it. Oh....and pics.

Funny, this is how I easily justify lots of things on my old cars!
That and the cheaper cost of insuring it!
