Found some wheels I like in 5x100 but the narrowest they have in 18" is 18x8.5 with a 35mm offset. Anyone running this setup, or have an idea if it will clear the fender & hard parts during hard turning?

Thanks for any input.

We run a 18x8 with a 38 mm offset and barely have clearance on the front of an 87gt

I'm running that on the front of my car. It's an 88 and it is really pushing the limits looks wise. I have archie's rockers which help and run a really skinny tire.
