I purchased a 1993 Mitsubishi Montero for my wife until I get her Fiero up and going. Anyway, the previous owner never titled it in her name. I have a bill of sale, and a MO DOR- 551 (Vehicle Examination Certificate) that shows the vehicle is not stolen. The reason she didn't transfer the title is because it wopuld have cost her more to title it in her name than we paid for it (even though she said she would give us the title for it). Anyway, can someone that lives in a state that requires a Bill Of Sale only help me out getting this thing titled? I have her signed and dated bill of sale and the form, but accourding to the MO DMV, I have to go to court to get a new title, and I need it in the next few weeks, not the next few months, and I can't afford Broadway title services right now. Thanks everyone
